Director, Revenue Execution - NYC or Remote

At Olo we develop an online food ordering platform used by many of the country's largest restaurant chains, reaching millions of consumers. Chances are if you've ordered directly from a restaurant brand's app or website, we've made that happen.
Reporting to our VP, Revenue Operations and Productivity, as Olo's Director of Revenue Execution, you'll play a key role in boosting our sales effectiveness and revenue growth. Your mission will be to partner closely with sales leadership, ensuring smooth deal flows, accurate sales forecasting, and clear visibility into bookings and renewals. You will spearhead new commercial strategies, develop pricing policies, and work with various teams to ensure sales excellence.
You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You'll Do

• Deal Desk Management: Create and enhance the deal desk to facilitate quicker deal closures, focusing on effective processes and package offerings.
• Support for Deals and Contracts: Coordinate with legal and finance teams to streamline contracting processes, aiming for beneficial outcomes for both customers and Olo.
• Renewals Strategy: Develop strategies for contract renewals and subscription management to maximize customer retention and revenue.
• Customer References: Manage the process for providing customer references to potential clients, ensuring a good match between product offerings and customer needs.
• RFP Process Optimization: Improve the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to ensure timely, high-quality responses that open up future business opportunities.
• Sales and Revenue Process Enhancement: Refine the sales and revenue processes for better deal flow efficiency and accurate sales forecasting.
• Forecasting Accuracy: Implement systems and processes for more precise forecasting of sales bookings and renewals.
