SALARY: $125,600 - $149,150, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY: In this role, you will build and implement strategies to deliver our commercial priorities in the On-Premise channel for the South Central Region. You will focus on building and executing strategies behind growing On Premise Share and accelerating distribution within our key brands (Bud Light, ULTRA, Stella Artois, Kona Big Wave, NUTRL, Cutwater, Budweiser and regional big bets behind the IPA & Wheat categories). You will also directly oversee, coach and develop a team of five (5) key account managers. The ability to establish a strategy and translate strategic plans into action, influence internal and external partners, and utilize insights to inform actions will be critical parts of your daily routine. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow sales and share within the Anheuser-Busch identified South Central Region
Oversee and manage team of five (5) Key Account Managers
Provide total account management; sell-in programs and brand promotions
Utilize entire suite of sales tools (BIR, IRI, Power BI, Nielsen, etc.)
Maintain active communications with Commercial and Wholesaler personnel
Evaluate strategies & action plans against allocated budget; manage budgets
Contribute to the development and management of annual account plan
Strategize and Facilitate communication of On Premise strategies to wholesaler(s) and AB Internal Commercial Team
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
BS/BA degree required, preferred in business, finance, marketing or related field.
Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (On and Off Premise)
Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information based recommendations.
Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred.
Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills.
Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries.
Understanding of wholesaler network/processes and wholesaler equity agreement.
Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
