Job Description Summary:

The Director, Partner Ecosystem will lead a team of Partner Managers who are charged with rapidly expanding our existing Partner coverage and sales. In this role, you will be driving sales by focusing the team on fostering relationships with key partners that will make Rocket Software grow. The way to do it is by selecting the right top Partners, creating a Growth Partner Plan and executing on this plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        Leader and People Manager that will ensure that the team has the right Partner Management Skills to perform the One Rocket Partner Ecosystem Job.

·        Performance Management and Coaching of the team to Achieve Quarterly Pipeline and ACV Targets.

·        Creation of Partner Plans for the top Selected Partners. A Partner Plan contains mutually agreed objectives, Partner Account Plan, Account Mapping with Rocket AEs, Partner Marketing Plan, Partner Enablement Plan, Partner Delivery Plan.

·        Execution of JAMP, Joint Account Mapping sessions with AEs to ensure there is communication and clarity between Partners and Rocket Sellers.

·        Develop and maintain a strong team culture. 

·        Coach and motivate individual team members. 

·        Develop team members for current and future opportunities. 

·        Collaborate with other Rocket departments and sales teams to enrich business. 

·        Utilize Rocket’s CRM system, data, and sales methodology. 

·        Build and maintain executive level relationships within key Partners.

·        Act as a role model and leader within the sales organization and promote a "can do" culture and positive environment, advise reps on accounts, answer questions, and provide assistance when necessary. 

·        Manage the region as a business with appropriate expense and budget controls 

 

Required Qualifications:  

·        10+ years of proven partner and sales leadership experience.

·        Proven experience managing large GSIs, large resellers, achieving revenue goals, and managing Partner sales strategies. 

·        A strong track record of sales management in both sales target attainment and people/team development. 

·        Demonstrated success in designing and implementing tactical sales initiatives.

·        Strong, high-level relationship skills.

·        The ability to thrive in a team selling environment. 

·        Coaching and mentoring skills.

The base salary range for this role is $191,487.00 - $239,358.00 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
