The Value Manager is a part of a new and highly strategic function within the Sales Enablement organization to scale value selling across the S1 Sales Motion as a means to drive higher sales effectiveness and productivity. The focus and responsibilities of the Value Management Office spans 3 main pillars: Value Selling Methodology, Business Cases (Ecosystems) and Value Conversations (Content). The role will report to the Head of Education and Enablement, and work closely with the regional sales leaders and sales teams.
What Will You Do
- Act as value creation expert on S1 strategic accounts and opportunities
- Engage with account teams and customers on business case creation
- Drive the use of Ecosystems as a self-service business case platform across global sales team through the right enablement and support
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure there is a continual process for refining and expanding the business case content and library, and capturing and sharing customer outcomes and metrics that sales can leverage
