💰Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 annual salary with a total expected compensation of $230,000 to $260,000, based on experience and location.

The Role

As a Sales Director, you are responsible for leading your sales team to reach and exceed quarterly and annual targets and enabling them to sell subscriptions for Ceros. You will recruit, hire, and train your team to perform to their highest potential. 

You will work closely with our VP of Revenue, Sr. Director of Sales and Sales Enablement, and Pilot Account Management team to accomplish your business objectives. 

Ultimately, you should take ownership of your team’s pipeline and responsibility for hitting key activity metrics, and closing complex multi-stage deals. Be the CEO of your division, own your business, be empowered, and win while working collaboratively with customer success, and executive leadership.
