Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Director to join our team. This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Vice President of Enablement. As the sales Enablement Director, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing enablement programs to empower our revenue team, driving stronger client partnerships and exceeding yearly goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Enablement (70%):
- Design, implement, and deliver revenue enablement programs tailored to increase productivity and success for tenured sellers.
- Collaborate with revenue leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps, developing strategies to address them effectively.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of enablement content.
- Measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of all enablement programs, including performance metrics and assessment methods.
- Continuously gather feedback from sales teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, promoting collaboration with cross-functional partners (Talent Success, Sales Operations, Product, etc) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment to a great client experience.
