Director of Professional Services | Resource Management

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of SaaS software implementations? As the Director of the Resource Management Office (RMO), you'll be a strategic partner to our senior management team, driving thought leadership and innovation in resource management. Your role will be pivotal in setting goals, optimizing resource allocation, ensuring the successful delivery of services, and achieving financial targets.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of consulting engagements including resource planning, cross company
  • visibility, new services development and client relationship management.
  • Develops the vision, strategy and execution of Epicor’s professional services business.
  • Communicate internal expectations on key business metrics such as utilization, revenue generation,
  • responsiveness and communication to clients, client satisfaction (Net Promoter Score), and employee education
  • Acts as high-level client escalation contact for professional services and implementation issues.
  • Direct and mentor teams in successful delivery of on-time and on-budget projects.
  • Coach team on methods of staffing and project delivery to accelerate backlog consumption and increase
  • revenue, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and success.
  • Provides executive focus and responsibility for all customer projects and services sales pursuits.
  • Answer sales and consulting questions for new customer discoveries.
  • Participates in high level status meetings at customer (i.e. Stage Reviews, Kickoffs).
  • Participate in and lead pre-sales presentations, services planning, proposal response, proposal preparation and work planning development.
  • Identify new service opportunities in the region and develop marketing plans to implement those services.

  • Effectively communicate with customers, field consultants, executives, and co-workers
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Analyze customer problems and make recommendations for improvement
  • May work at client site from time to time
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

What Could Set You Apart:

  • 11+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 6+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across
  • multiple service types
  • 5+ years of product support or consulting experience preferred
  • Ongoing technical certifications to keep up with industry
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Master’s degree preferred
