💰Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 base salary with total expected compensation of $240,000-$260,000 based on qualifications and experience.

The Role

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Director of Enterprise Account Executives to lead and elevate a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for expanding Ceros’ presence within our client base. Your primary focus will be to oversee a team that drives upsell and cross-sell opportunities in new divisions, teams, and geographies across some of the world’s most recognized brands.

As the leader of this high-performing team, you’ll set the vision and strategy, ensure execution of scalable sales processes, and foster a results-driven culture. You will work closely with your team to refine their approach to account expansion, build executive relationships, and close deals while maintaining a deep understanding of client organizations and the value Ceros brings to them.

Key Responsibilities 

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and coach a team of Enterprise AEs to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Set clear goals, drive accountability, and refine team performance through regular check-ins and strategy sessions.
  • Mentor AEs on account planning, organizational mapping, and selling to senior stakeholders.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent to build a high-performing, scalable team.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and oversee strategies to identify and capitalize on whitespace opportunities within enterprise accounts.
  • Guide AEs in tailoring Ceros’ value proposition to diverse client personas.
  • Support high-stakes deals, including POCs and executive presentations, ensuring alignment with sales methodologies.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor pipeline health and team performance to ensure consistent progress toward revenue goals.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Advocate for tools and resources that enhance AE productivity and success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Success, Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align on expansion strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Represent client feedback to influence product improvements and internal processes.

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years in sales, with 3+ years managing high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of driving account expansion and closing high-value deals.
  • Expertise in account planning, organizational mapping, and selling to executive stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills, with a focus on operational rigor.
