About the Role

As Director, GTM Finance & Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future and strategic direction of our organization. You will lead financial planning, strategic growth, and efficiency initiatives for our customer-facing operations to propel our company forward. Reporting to our Head of Finance & Strategy, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our team, leveraging your expertise to guide our financial decisions and contribute to our long-term success.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of go-to-market financial planning, including budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and financial reporting to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Serve as a member of our GTM leadership team and act as a strategic business partner to the President/COO, CRO, CCO, CMO, and broader go-to-market organization
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for our customer-facing operations aligned with the company's objectives, driving sustainable growth and profitability
  • Lead the sales bookings forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely outlooks to our board and executive team
  • Develop and manage our sales capacity framework for optimal resource allocation
  • Oversee our bookings pipeline forecast, providing actionable insights to senior leadership on resource allocation to our demand-gen operation
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

You are a good fit if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience across investment banking, private equity, or growth-stage tech startups
  • Demonstrated mastery of concepts and best practices for forecasting sales bookings, field capacity planning, commissions, and pipeline management
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for executive decision-making
