A DAY IN THE LIFE:

The Director, Digital Solutions Management is a cross-functional leader within the Marketing organization and has the responsibility for creating and executing impactful strategies to engage our US/NA users, healthcare providers, channel partners and other key stakeholders through our Digital platforms. The primary focus will be to drive customer engagement and adoption among users and HCPs while minimizing human touch, ultimately contributing to the success of Tandem’s product portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving engagement and developing initiatives to support Tandem product adoption and use.   

  • Develops and executes a comprehensive product strategy for Tandem’s digital engagement platforms aligned with the company's overall business goals with particular focus on end-user, HCP, channel partner, other stakeholder engagement and adoption incorporating user feedback, market trends and technological advancements.
  • Partners with engineering, IT, brand experience, customer care, product marketing, sales teams and channel partner teams to define robust product requirements, prioritize features, digital roadmap and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinates with technical product management to ensure alignment between the digital engagement platform and Tandem’s therapy management products (including mobile applications and related cloud offerings).
  • Develops and maintains a clear product roadmap with a focus on driving user experience, market differentiation, reduced cost to serve and overall business value.
  • Drives the collection and analysis of product usage data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
