What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver net retention and growth: 

  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth on accounts under your purview ○ Create, maintain and execute on account plans across multiple media channels and  Tinuiti solutions 

  • Broaden and deepen client relationships with day-to-day points of contact 

  • Develop deep understanding of the clients' key business and challenges 

  • Clearly demonstrate to clients how the account strategy delivers on the business need,  with a focus on results and measurement 

  • Drive the development of cross-channel media plans 

  • Arm the client with knowledge and expertise to speak confidently about the strategic  direction where required

  • Maintain working knowledge of client verticals and channels 

  • Deliver innovative thinking that inspires leading edge solutions and award-winning work ○ Collaborate with the Pod Leader to make allocation recommendations across media  channels 

  • Collaborate with the Pod Leader to identify opportunities to grow # of Tinuiti solutions ○ Pursue and close cross-sell opportunities 

KPIs: 

  • Average client satisfaction (cNPS) score on assigned accounts 

  • Account churn

Requirements:

  • Experience managing accounts in a digital media agency environment with specific emphasis in paid search and paid social

  • Proven track record of managing across multiple accounts and multiple media channels 

  • Ability to build relationships with client decision makers  

  • Knowledge of media channels, performance and KPIs 

  • Track record of growing and retaining assigned accounts 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfort interacting with and presenting with  client stakeholders on a regular basis 

  • Trusted advisor: You maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders, positioning  yourself as a trusted advisor while staying in tune to the client, knowing when to lean in.

RevShare Based:

The hiring salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
