What are we looking for?

You have high-energy, are an out-of-the box, strategic thinker that is self-motivated and has superb communication skills. You are results-oriented and can excel in a fast-paced environment. As Director, Channel Marketing, America’s at SentinelOne, you will be responsible for driving marketing strategy, messaging, go-to-market execution plans and creating content with SentinelOne’s channel partners. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial. You will collaborate closely across SentinelOne to ensure effective and consistent messaging. You will report directly to the VP Channel Marketing and Alliances and work closely with our marketing team, channel sales team, alliances’ team, and sales organization to drive our business forward.

What will you do?

  • Design and execute a successful and scalable marketing and enablement execution strategy for top focus partners in the Americas that includes the entirety of the partner ecosystem
  • Work with programs, product and regional marketing teams to develop and support global campaign strategies that rapidly create awareness and increases pipeline creation
  • Partner with the Channel Sales Managers to ensure marketing plans support the business plans for goal achievement.
  • Create GTM Marketing plans with the Channel Sales team for each focus partner on a yearly basis. Revisit quarterly to ensure we are on track to meet our goals
  • Drive the strategy and execution of the annual PartnerOne Partner Conference
  • Drive the creation of compelling and innovative thought leadership and sales content (e.g. case studies, white papers, data sheets, etc.) to elevate S1 and the partners brands
  • Manage S1 participation at partner events
  • Recruit partner sponsors for S1 events including S1’s annual user conference OneCon
  • Manage marketing budget for Americas with no errors

What skills and knowledge you should bring: 

  • 8-10 years of channel marketing experience in enterprise software working with VARs, Resellers, Two-Tiered Distribution 
  • Experience in Cyber Security a plus
  • Experience marketing SaaS solutions
  • Experience with content development (presentations, eBooks, web content, sales enablement, etc.)
  • Excels at cross team collaboration
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated open, positive attitude and driven to make an impact
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both SentinelOne and partner ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
  • High energy and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range$172,500—$259,000 USD
