About the Role:
As the Director of Account Management & Sales, you'll be leading and directing the account development efforts for The Collective Sales Team, Account Managers, and Venue Search sales team. Your main focus will be setting financial targets to achieve company objectives and guiding the account development personnel to meet these goals effectively.

You're Good at:
- Leading and inspiring the US Event Sales team to maintain client retention and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborating with various teams to align on sales strategies and commercial goals.
- Developing profitability metrics and pricing models to ensure business efficiency and margin growth.
- Nurturing talent, coaching, and empowering team members to excel in their roles.
- Creating strategic business relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Shaping the company's strategic vision and preparing business plans for success.
- Managing budgets, overseeing financial responsibilities, and achieving account development targets.
- Providing continuous oversight, driving results, and leading negotiations for client contracts.
- Setting clear goals, managing teams effectively, and ensuring organizational success.

You Might Also Have:
- Minimum of 10+ years of Account Management experience in the meetings and events industry.
