We are a leading provider of virtual assistant services, helping businesses streamline their operations and grow. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Direct Outreach Specialist to join our team and drive our sales efforts.

Job Overview:
As a Direct Outreach Specialist, your role will focus on extensive outbound activities, including cold calling and sending messages through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, engaging them, and converting leads into new business opportunities. This role requires a confident and persistent individual who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive cold calling to potential clients, introducing our services and creating business opportunities.
  • Engage in high-volume outreach by sending direct messages on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms to decision-makers and prospects.
  • Confidently navigate conversations on the phone to build rapport, address client needs, and close deals.
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred but not required) to prospect and identify potential leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, including calls made, messages sent, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to continuously refine outreach strategies and improve performance.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively converting leads into clients.

Qualifications:

  • Very high English level of C1+/C2
  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling and direct outreach in a sales environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with confidence on the phone being essential.
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional outreach on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience using CRM tools to track and manage leads.
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong desire to exceed sales targets and earn performance-based bonuses.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Compensation:

  • Base salary: COP $4.000.000 per month
  • Significant earning potential through bonuses for new clients.
  • On-target earnings (OTE): COP 6.000.000 – COP 7.000.000 per month, with uncapped potential.
