Digital Marketing Specialist

 As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical in supporting the smooth execution of paid media and digital marketing campaigns, as well as providing general support to the CPR Cell Phone Repair (CPR) brand. CPR is a 450+ retail franchise located in the US and Canada. CPR provides customers with expert, same-day electronics repair services, in addition to playing a key role in Assurant’s broader Service & Repair organization.

You will support the Franchise Marketing Director in the implementation and on-going management of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms that are designed to raise brand awareness, engagement, and drive customer acquisition to support CPR locations at the national and local level. This will require collaboration and communication with agency partners, LOB Leaders, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the business goals are met.

Additionally, you will define, plan, execute, and measure paid media campaigns (paid social, paid search, SEO/SEM, & programmatic) that maximize investment and drive retail growth. You will partner with our external agency/partners as the paid media point of contact to strategize and derive actionable insights from data to advise on improvements to campaign performance.

This position requires an organized and proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to support the success of the CPR brand and its franchisees.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Execution & Management (30%) – Support the Franchise Marketing Director with the implementation and ongoing management of digital marketing strategies, paid media plans, and advertising campaigns. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, engagement, ROI, and other key indicators to help inform strategy and tactical improvements.
  • Paid Media Management (35%) – Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, social media, and SEO/SEM. Regularly monitor trends and industry insights to provide campaign recommendations. Assist in the creation and editing of digital marketing content including copywriting, proofreading, and general creative design review. Oversee media plan, confirm all paid digital go-live/end dates, and track performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%) – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the strategies and plans as provided by the Franchise Marketing Director in order to deliver strategy execution and ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

  • Franchisee Training & Support (15%) – Create and deliver paid media support and tailored marketing services (when applicable) to 450+ franchised retail locations in the US and Canada.

Education

  • BS, BA in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.

OR 5+ years’ experience in a related field

Previous Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing

Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing and implementing successful paid, omnichannel advertising strategies

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proven history of success in executing and maintaining marketing campaigns and support programs that drive growth and innovation
  • Strong paid advertising platform knowledge with high proficiency in paid search, paid social, content marketing and programmatic platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders

Pay Range:

$63,400.00 - $105,800.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
