Description
GoEngineer is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team.
As a CSM, you will work closely with our sales, technical support, training and engineering teams as you support our customers through onboarding and beyond. The CSM role is vital in helping customers understand and utilize the benefits as partners with GoEngineer to drive increased customer retention rates.

Requirements
Your key contributions in this role will be:
- Nurture client relationships.
- Guide customers through post sales onboarding process.
- Encourage software adoption.
- Educate clients on benefits and guide them through set up.
- Confidently handle escalated situations with clarity, finesse and empathy.
- Develop a strong knowledge of GoEngineer’s offerings and services.
- Hold Semi-Annual customer check in calls.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities for additional sales.
- Contribute to the team as we continue to grow and evolve.
- Collaborate effectively with Customer Success team and across departments.
- Gauge customers’ levels of engagement and likeliness to renew.
- Provide customer feedback for service improvements.

- Proven success of effective time management skills, and highly organized.

- Must be a self-starter with a determination to get results.
- Thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- College degree preferred, but not required with applicable experience.
What GoEngineer Offers:
This is a full-time position, which can be in-person out of our Salt Lake City office, hybrid, or fully remote.
We offer competitive compensation, with a base pay and substantial incentives (OTE $65,000- $70,000), plus great benefits.
