As a Customer Success Manager (f/m/x), you will be a trusted partner for a portfolio of customers, helping them to fully understand and effectively use doinstruct. Customer satisfaction is crucial to our long-term success. It is therefore important to proactively approach customers, gather feedback and collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve our product. You will play a significant role in building Customer Success and all related processes.
Your Daily Business:
- The relationship with your contacts is important to you - you build and maintain trusting relationships in order to provide our customers with the best possible support in implementation, project planning and achieving their goals.
- By providing feedback to your contacts, you help to improve our software in the long term. By monitoring customer activity, you will identify opportunities for improvement and share your feedback with our product development team.
- Whether it's improving content, targeted user development or usage support, you will help our customers achieve their goals through regular feedback meetings and proactive support.
- Once the contract has been signed, you will be responsible for a large part of the customer lifecycle: upsells, product extensions and contract renewals are nothing new for you.
- You inspire - also for our software. With your charming manner, you always strike the right note and turn our customers into fans - also to find potential for case studies and references.

Requirements
What we expect:
- You have already gained experience in B2B SaaS CSM in dealing with medium-sized companies with approx. 300 to 5,000 employees and have a basic understanding of IT landscapes.
- You want to take on responsibility in a team - As a team player, you are motivated to build and help shape a great customer success management and a strong customer community.
- You have a strong sense for the interests and needs of your customers and can formulate these as an interface to our sales and product development teams.
- You have a strong analytical understanding and are already familiar with tools such as Hubspot and Notion.
- You have strong communication skills and are at least business fluent in German and English.
