What you will do 

Assist in driving revenue focused on legacy products with the selling, marketing and promotion of Stryker Sage. In addition, this role will work closely with the Sales team in the region to help organically grow our business, in-service, and educate the clinical teams in our current customer base. 

  • Drive focus and targeted organic growth and accretive op margin performance across targeted legacy products 
  • Promote Stryker Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships. 
  • Educate and inform Healthcare Professionals regarding the proper use of products including product functionality, changes to the product portfolio and educational programs. 
  • Responsible for meeting targeted objectives within an assigned geography. 
  • You are responsible for following extensive product training, to be able to tailor promotional messages based upon knowledge of the customer, advice on appropriate product selection, answer customer questions about product functionality and distinguish Sage’s products from competitors.  
  • You will assist in hospital surveys and post-sale implementation and training including ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction. 
  • You focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service. 
  • May assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings. 
  • Keep Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives informed of territory and project progress regularly. 
  • Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion. 
  • Must understand and adhere to all facility protocols and pertinent OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluation. 
  • Must adhere rigidly to all GMP policies and procedures as stipulated by the FDA and other governing bodies.  

What you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • 0-2 years professional experience.  
  • Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills. 
  • Must possess valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
