Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Contract Analyst will primarily focus on contract management and renewals with the Customer Success Managers. Using knowledge of the company’s products and services, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Contract drafting, tracking and calculating financial metrics, price quotes, invoicing, business approvals, and project managing the operational requirements for varying levels of deal sizes and complexities. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Customer Success Managers, Sales, Services, Legal, Finance, and the rest of the Sales Operations team to align resources to facilitate renewals and ongoing contract management.

Job Description

 Specific Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Customer Success Managers on contract review and business terms to support the customer relationship.

  • Own the contract management, interpretation, and maintenance process for a designated territory of Customer Success Managers.

  • Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies. Be an advocate and partner to internal organizations to understand complex sales issues.

  • Assess priority and urgency, anticipate bottlenecks and balance customer demands.

  • Build strong productive relationships and feedback loops with Customer Success Managers, legal, finance, and operations teams to drive efficiency and organization satisfaction with the contracting process best practices.

  • Drive current customer contract audit and verification, having good communication with external C-level customers on upcoming fees and contract management.

  • Solely responsible for invoicing of specific Subscription based products.

  • Preparation of non-standard contract amendments.

  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

  • Position will require less than 10% travel.

 

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Legal contract review and interpretation

  • Exceptional oral and written communication

  • Ability to communicate with senior executives

  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment

  • Extensive Google Workspace skills are required

  • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in Contracts, Sales Operations, or related analytical role

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $97,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
