Job Summary
As the Creative Director for Foundever's U.S. market, you will drive the execution of innovative growth marketing strategies while leading a talented creative team. In this key leadership role, you will inspire and guide the team to develop impactful, high-quality work that enhances the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be on elevating creative output across all channels to boost brand awareness, generate demand, and capture leads, supporting both new client acquisition and the expansion of current client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Creative Leadership: Lead the creative vision for Foundever’s U.S. market, ensuring all outputs align with our brand identity and drive measurable business outcomes. Provide mentorship and direction to the creative team to deliver high-quality, innovative work across a variety of channels and touchpoints.
- Full-Funnel Campaign Development: Lead the creation of cohesive, multi-channel campaign assets that effectively engage prospects at every stage of the buyer's journey. Balance thought leadership and solution-focused content with emotionally resonant messaging to build trust and drive action.
- Performance-Driven Creative: Partner with marketing operations to optimize creative assets using data and performance insights. Continuously refine creative approaches to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
