Ecolab seeks a Corporate Account Manager to join its industry leading sales team. You’ll be responsible for developing and expanding new and existing national accounts in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. Through outstanding presentation skills and style, you’ll help our customers be more profitable by saving water, energy and waste. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will maintain a book of business, drive sales growth and effectively manage relationships with our customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and expand existing and new national accounts in the protein industry segment
  • Design and implement strategic business plans for national accounts
  • Present value-add products and programs, highlighting impact to the customer’s business
  • Ensure customer service delivery emphasizing the delivery of Ecolab's value proposition
  • Build and secure major new business accounts at the corporate level
  • Partner and lead service and sales teams to ensure that revenue and profit targets are met and delivery of Service Standards are consistent

Position Details:  

  • Candidate must reside in: California
  • Territory will include: California, Nevada, Washington and Oregon
  • 50% overnight travel required 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (1.5 years of business to business sales or Ecolab experience = 1 year of post-secondary education).
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
  • Specialty chemical industry experience
  • Demonstrated large account management success in selected industry with executive-level relationship sales experience
  • Financial and analytical skills, including the understanding of a P&L and the financial implications of customers situations and concerns

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

Base salary range is $118,000 - $130,000. This position has base salary and is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance, per plan terms.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
