Provides clinical expertise through sales presentations and demonstrations of company products, solutions and services. Drives overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.
Your role:
- Responsible for selling our complete Radiology Workflow Suite Portfolio (PerformanceBridge, Radiology Operations Command Center (ROCC)) into Health Systems & Diagnostic Imaging Centers (DIC) in your assigned Zone; Research targeted accounts in your Zone to understand their business challenges, critical metrics, issues, goals, and growth strategy to develop a Philips objective and strategy for your targeted accounts.
- In collaboration with your team: District Sales VP, Account Executives, Diagnostic Imaging Account Managers, and Specialists, create a detailed account strategy for each account in your assigned Zone; Be able to articulately present the value proposition and clinical advantages of Philips ROCC and PerformanceBridge solutions.
- Be able to engage the customer in identifying the operational challenges within Radiology as a service line and co-relate the Radiology Workflow suite solution offerings; Be able to craft and demonstrate the impact of the RWS solution on customer use case.
- Build, cultivate and leverage relationships in your targeted accounts to drive and uncover new business opportunities within your zone; Become the Trusted Advisor within your targeted key accounts by providing insights on industry trends, competitive landscape information, healthcare legislation, etc., to assist these accounts in reaching their goals.
- Identify a strong funnel of growth potential by analyzing competitive replacement targets, account standardization plans, targeted accounts current contracts, accounts needs & strategies, understanding our solutions, leveraging our install base, and execution of a strategic plan to grow Philips Radiology Workflow suite footprint; Coach the sales & Solution delivery team to meet and manage customer expectations throughout the sales & implementation process.
You're the right fit if:
- 5+ years Radiology Technologist experience highly preferred
- Your skills include: Hospital/IDN consultative sales experience calling on the C-level preferred; Strong understanding of Radiology administration & operations, Enterprise Imaging Informatics (HIT) market, trends, value-based HC trends, etc.
- You have a BA/BS or equivalent business/healthcare industry experience
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
- You must live in assigned Zone
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $222,000 to $264,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Tampa.
