In your role as a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our HealthiestYou product line. You will conduct outbound calls to new and current clients to offer HealthiestYou product support. This will include scheduling and executing educational webinars, developing relationships with decision makers, understanding each client’s strategic goals, reviewing quarterly reports, and developing action plans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that groups are leveraging the marketing materials and educating their employees
- Develop and execute on quarterly strategic plans to ensure group success and renewal
- Grow utilization for the HealthiestYou product line offering and ensure loyalty and retention
- Introduce new features and best practices to group administrators
Qualifications Expected for Position
- Minimum 3 years customer service, client services, customer success, client management and/or account management experience required, preferably in a healthcare/healthcare tech company.
- Experience with renewals, product support, leading trainings and creating presentations
- Proficient with a variety of tools including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint
- Experience partnering with sales teams including driving new product adoption and utilization
The base salary range for this position is $50,000K-$60,000K. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
