As a Client Solution Manager II within PNC's Commercial Card Implementations organization, you can sit anywhere within the PNC footprint.

This position would support PNC's Treasury Management Commercial Card Implementations area. The ideal candidate should have the following experience/skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership/management experience
• 2 – 5 years of implementation experience
• 2 – 5 years of commercial card experience
• Knowledge of payment card processing/TSYS and Visa Spend Clarity
• Knowledge of transmissions, SMS, and ERP Systems

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

  • Supports the execution of strategic initiatives. Recommends process improvements and connects strategy to business outcomes to drive desired client experience.
  • Manages projects and programs ranging in medium to high complexity.
  • Recommends improvements and connects strategy to business outcomes to drive desired client experience. Provides reporting to leadership.
  • Participates in establishing and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Serves as a partner & liaison to Sales Product, Operations, and Account Management and manages and maintains relationships with internal/external service partners.
