As a Client Solution Advisor within PNC's Fortis Advisors organization, you may be based remotely.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

The Client Solution Advisor will manage Merger & Acquisition post-closing distributions from start to finish which includes analyzing data/spreadsheets and transaction documents, drafting distribution related documentation, interfacing closely with the seller advisory group, banks and buyer team to bring each distribution to a successful close. The Client Solution Advisor is heavily involved in the payment mechanics and tracking post-closing activities related to each Merger & Acquisition transaction.

The ideal candidate would be able to understand and decipher complex information contained in transaction documents (i.e. merger agreements, asset purchase agreements, escrow agreements). In addition, they must be able to critically analyze and generate reports from data contained in Excel spreadsheets (i.e. advanced excel skills are a requirement). This role requires a strong attention to detail and accuracy, high sense of ownership, focus on managing and resolving issues, and establishing and maintaining a service-oriented mentality with shareholders to keep them updated with the status of their requests.

Preferences/Skills:
-Manage the processing of post-closing distributions to shareholders
-Analyze and interpret complex shareholder allocation data in Excel spreadsheets (financial models)
-Work with various banks and other parties to ensure shareholders receive their transaction proceeds
-Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external clients, via both phone and email
-Investigate complicated analytical questions and clearly communicate findings to clients
-Prepare mass-distributed client correspondence, managing responses, follow-through and/or resolution
-Partner internally with senior managers to ensure appropriate and timely resolution of client issues
