What will you be doing?

As part of a client facing team, we are seeking a Director to lead the Costco Existing Client Sales team for US and CA to retain and upgrade clients in addition to supporting new launches on the Costco CRX program. This Director will help manage and grow the revenue pipeline with our existing Costco CRX clients. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Upsell and retain existing client base, manage mergers & acquisitions, Interact with Costco Sr. Management on Special exception Costco projects (special data exception approvals, Data Integrations, TPA’s, Bulk Extracts), launch/sell new enhancements on the Costco CRX program, design new program offerings to meet clients special needs, Financial management tracking and forecasting and interact with clients on contractual issues.


Job Responsibilities

  • Revenue growth: Manage the existing Costco CRX US/CA clients ($92M) by  collaborating with internal Circana account teams and Costco CRX client with a goal of retaining and upselling the clients with program optional upgrades. Must be a sales leader


  • Autonomously manage a significant queue of client requests, new sales opportunities, client retention, overlapping deadlines, and shifting project scopes. Ensuring all requests are delivered on-time and accurately.
  • Lead a team of 2 managers that support the existing client base
  • Lead the financial management and forecasting of the Costco CRX program for US/CA




  • 5-10 years’ experience in sales, account management, category management, or equivalent.
  • Superior leadership qualities, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying sales opportunities and driving to revenue growth
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage high volume of sales opportunities and client requests
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Marketing Research, Analytics, or other analytic related fields.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.


The salary range for this role is $64,000.00 $96,000.00.
