The starting base salary range for an Client Service Manager is $51,000 to $86,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and company tenure & equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance.

Client Relationship Manager Overview

This position is responsible for strengthening the organization’s relationship with existing accounts. Serves as the primary point of contact to assigned partners, agencies and/or brokers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, improve group retention, and ultimately drive value in the relationship.
