Risk Advisor
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Risk Advisor. In this role the successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for day to day communication with complex accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on correspondences and managing communications.
Location – Auckland / Dunedin
Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
Monday - Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)
Salary banding $70,000 NZD - $76,880 NZD
We will count on you to:
Develop a deep understanding of client businesses through research, benchmarking studies, and risk mapping for both internal and external use.
Support colleagues by managing daily account tasks, including billing, coordinating calendars, and liaising between senior professionals and business accounts to enhance client satisfaction.
Address account concerns and resolve issues promptly, using sound judgment to determine when to escalate matters to senior colleagues.
Gather insights on relationship satisfaction and report findings to senior colleagues, providing context and suggestions to improve account retention.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in account management or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills to understand client needs and industry trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
