About the Role

As a Client Executive at TD SYNNEX, you will play a key role in supporting our OEM partners on both national and global initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with multiple brand customers at a corporate level, positioning the value of TD SYNNEX while providing strategic direction to maximize market share. *This is a field-based role for major Enterprise accounts in the Central US/Midwest. Role involves regular travel to client sites/locations.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage customer business plans and pricing models, including:

  • Showcasing the value proposition of OEM partners and their offerings.

  • Mapping geographic coverage and market opportunities.

  • Designing comprehensive marketing strategies for new business, existing accounts, and renewal opportunities.

  • Establishing quarterly and annual sales goals, tracking progress, and implementing necessary adjustments.

  • Driving training, certification, and engagement within Solutions Path.

  • Strengthen executive-level customer relationships with strategic and ISV partners.

  • Expand business opportunities by enhancing the customer experience and leveraging TD SYNNEX services.

  • Identify and develop sales leads, operational strategies, and leadership initiatives to advocate TD SYNNEX capabilities at both customer and corporate management levels.

  • Act as a proactive partner to customers, identifying satisfaction concerns and working cross-functionally to implement effective solutions.

  • Foster collaboration across divisions to drive alignment with customer goals and business vision.

  • Travel 50-75% of the time or as needed.

  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and business development, with experience in sales or account management.

  • Ability to navigate complex client relationships and drive strategic growth.

  • Relatable and elf-motivated professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to evolving business landscapes.

  • College degree preferred, or equivalent work or military experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills are obtained.

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, with a background in technology or solution-based selling preferred.

  • Experience working with technology OEMs is a plus.

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time or more with notice.

Position Level: This role could be classified as Level I, II, or III depending on business needs and the candidate's skill level. This job description is reflective of a Client Executive III.​
