Position Overview:
As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), reporting to the President and General Manager of Provider, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial success. We are in the midst of both scaling our existing Release of Information and Health Information Management businesses, as well as bringing new value to providers, including automated digital connectivity solutions. You will oversee sales, account management, marketing and commercial operations, collaborating closely with the executive team to develop and execute initiatives that maximize revenue growth, enhance market presence, and ensure the successful commercialization of our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, and customer acquisition through innovative approaches.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial team, including sales, marketing, retention, and market access. Set clear targets and provide guidance to achieve commercial goals. Implement best practices for sales and marketing processes, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
