What’s unique about this role?

The Lighthouse Channel Customer Concierge collaborates with Operations Managers, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and Technical Sellers to enhance operations and drive Lighthouse Information Governance sales initiatives with Microsoft Enterprise account teams. Key responsibilities include SOW creation support, CRM maintenance, managing customer journeys, and providing sales enablement and solution selling support.

 

What will this person do?

  • Assist Lighthouse Operations Manager, PDMs and Technical Sellers with various channel and selling motions.
  • Focus on Lighthouse Information Governance sales initiatives with the Microsoft Enterprise account teams.
  • SOW creation support for Lighthouse technical Sellers and PDMs.
  • Support Microsoft Channel with outreach for campaigns, presentations, and events.
  • Provide sales enablement and solution selling support to the Lighthouse sales teams.
  • Under the direction of Channel leadership, assist in customer journey as needed and Microsoft stakeholder management support.
  • Act as primary contact for the Channel customer to ensure highest quality of engagement experience.
  • Drive escalations for Channel Customer.
  • Assist with CRM (Salesforce) maintenance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • BA or BS degree required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com is a plus but certainly not required.
  • Prior experience in Partner Management, Sales, ideally with Microsoft a plus but certainly not required.
  • Prior experience working with or within Microsoft teams, either at corporate or regional/field level a plus but certainly not required.
  • Experience supporting a sales team is a plus but certainly not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills to clearly and succinctly address client needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail including the ability to thoroughly quality check work product.
  • Ability to build trusted and lasting relationships with both external and internal customers and peers including within the tech community with knowledge of partners, competitors.
  • Comfort working with all levels of partnership including managers, leadership, and C-level.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Demonstrate a consistently high activity level and be extremely self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-25%, depending on location.

 

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.  Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.

Duties may require occasionally working outside normal business hours (evenings and weekends).

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.

 

The expected pay for this role will range from $64,687 to $86,250 per year.  This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
