Job Description

Procore is expanding our Global Channel team and we’re looking for a Public Sector Channel Account Manager, East to join us in North America (NAMER). As a Procore Channel Account Manager, you’ll help expand our Partner capabilities and alignment with the needs of our sales and services organizations that are focused on the Public Sector. This position can be remote and report to our Head of Global Professional Services.  We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the development and management of existing and new partners that service the Public Sector focused on East Coast partners.

  • Develop and execute Partner Success Plans that cover the onboarding, enablement, account mapping, revenue growth for both the Partner & Procore, and driving internal alignment.

  • Functioning in a Technology Advisory capacity with Customers

  • Our current Partner development efforts focus heavily on aligning Procore & Partner sales and service capabilities to ensure a complete customer solution approach.

  • Your Partner portfolio will include Point Solution sales and services partners who focus on Public Sector that complement Procore's software portfolio, Global and Regional Systems Integrators (SI), Construction Management Firms (CM/PM), Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Consulting Firms functioning in a Technology Advisory capacity with Customers.

  • Assist with the development and improvement of our internal Partner programs, enablement, and marketing.

  • Provide analysis and reporting on the partner’s performance as well as accurate forecasts to sales leadership based on partner performance and historical trends.

  • Drive joint revenue with your Partners to exceed quarterly revenue targets.

  • Contribute lessons learned to improve Channel Management best practices and collaboration with your global peers.

  • Assist in roadshow and marketing activities with Partners 1-2x per quarter, on average. …
