We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Client Relationship Manager for our Insurer Consulting Group. This role will be based in our New York, NY office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated clients, managing individual projects to completion and strengthening account relationships.
- Address escalated issues and concerns promptly, managing expectations and mitigating relationship risks while determining when to escalate major issues to senior colleagues.
- Develop strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations and gain an understanding of their businesses through research and analysis.
- Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects of designated accounts, including contract development, information gathering, and organizing meeting logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead meetings with clients and Marsh colleagues, delivering consulting advice and reporting on relationship satisfaction to ensure mutual understanding.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in client relationship management or account management, with a strong ability to manage projects and client communications effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues in a timely manner while applying sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in drafting comprehensive project documents and conducting data analysis.
