We're looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive our inbound and outbound sales efforts! 🚀 In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, focusing on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling demos for our Account Executives. If you love engaging with people, are comfortable with outreach, and want to break into SaaS sales, this role is for you!

✅ Prospecting – Identify and engage potential ABA organizations, behavioral health clinics, and schools through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.✅ Lead Qualification – Assess prospects' needs and determine if they are a good fit for Hi Rasmus.✅ Booking Meetings – Schedule product demos for Account Executives with qualified leads.✅ Pipeline Management – Keep detailed records in HubSpot, tracking engagement and follow-ups.✅ Collaboration – Work closely with AEs and marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.🎯What You Bring
🌟 6+ months of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.🌟 Excellent communication skills—you're confident, clear, and engaging.🌟 Strong organization and ability to manage multiple leads at once.🌟 Resilient and persistent—comfortable with rejection and motivated by goals.🌟 Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.🌟 Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, ABA, or education industries.💙 Perks & Benefits You'll Love
