Our mission is to empower building materials suppliers with great technology. There are over $1,000,000,000,000 of building materials bought in the US every year, and many of these transactions happen in on-prem point-of-sale systems. We want to bring these transactions online, enabling better experiences for contractors and homeowners alike.

Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“ž Cold Calling & Follow up Emails

  • Make a high volume of cold calls and emails daily to identify potential clients and generate leads.

  • Complete 150 calls per day, all of which will be recorded for quality and training purposes.

    • Follow up via email.

๐Ÿ“… Scheduling

  • Arrange discovery calls or demos for the sales team to drive potential business opportunities.

๐Ÿ–‹๏ธ CRM Management

  • Keep the CRM (Salesforce) system updated with accurate and detailed records of interactions and leads.

๐ŸŽฏ Performance Goals

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals for calls, leads, and scheduled meetings.

  • Book at least 2 successful demos per week.

Qualifications

๐Ÿ’ก Experience

  • 1-2 years of cold-calling or telemarketing experience (preferably B2B).

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or related industries is a plus.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong English proficiency, with a neutral or US accent preferred.

  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection while staying positive.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and calling tools (Gong, Dialpad).

  • Ability to work night shifts and meet KPIs.

    • 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time.

  • This is a work-from-home setup, but you'll need to meet Amanda in Muntinlupa City once every two weeks.

Compensation and Benefits
  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Base Pay: $150/week

  • ๐ŸŽ‰ Incentives: $50 per successful demo booked.

  • ๐Ÿ“ Independent Contractor: As an independent contractor, you will not receive additional benefits and will be responsible for filing and paying your own taxes.

    • Amanda's team will assess your resume and qualifications. If your profile aligns with the role, weโ€™ll schedule an initial screening interview.

  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Initial Screening (Remote)

    • A 15-minute Google Meet interview with our HR team to discuss your background, skills, and experience. Weโ€™ll also cover the job details and your availability.

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ First Interview (Remote)

    • A 20-minute Google Meet interview with Amanda to explore your career goals, motivations, and evaluate whether your experience aligns with the roleโ€™s requirements.

  • ๐Ÿ“ Skills Assessment (On-Site)

    • A 45 minute cold-calling simulation or test to evaluate your communication skills and ability to handle rejection.

  • ๐ŸŒŸ Final Interview (Remote)

    • A deeper discussion with Matt, our head of growth, to assess your overall fit within the team and how your values and vision align with Rundooโ€™s culture and long-term goals.

  • ๐Ÿ“‘ Offer & Onboarding

    • If selected, youโ€™ll receive an offer outlining compensation and the next steps for onboarding.
