Our mission is to empower building materials suppliers with great technology. There are over $1,000,000,000,000 of building materials bought in the US every year, and many of these transactions happen in on-prem point-of-sale systems. We want to bring these transactions online, enabling better experiences for contractors and homeowners alike.
Responsibilities๐ Cold Calling & Follow up Emails
Make a high volume of cold calls and emails daily to identify potential clients and generate leads.
Complete 150 calls per day, all of which will be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Follow up via email.
๐ Scheduling
Arrange discovery calls or demos for the sales team to drive potential business opportunities.
๐๏ธ CRM Management
Keep the CRM (Salesforce) system updated with accurate and detailed records of interactions and leads.
๐ฏ Performance Goals
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals for calls, leads, and scheduled meetings.
Book at least 2 successful demos per week.
๐ก Experience
1-2 years of cold-calling or telemarketing experience (preferably B2B).
Experience in SaaS, tech, or related industries is a plus.
๐ ๏ธ Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong English proficiency, with a neutral or US accent preferred.
Resilience and ability to handle rejection while staying positive.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and calling tools (Gong, Dialpad).
Ability to work night shifts and meet KPIs.
12:00 AM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time.

This is a work-from-home setup, but you'll need to meet Amanda in Muntinlupa City once every two weeks.

๐ฐ Base Pay: $150/week
๐ Incentives: $50 per successful demo booked.
๐ Independent Contractor: As an independent contractor, you will not receive additional benefits and will be responsible for filing and paying your own taxes.

A 15-minute Google Meet interview with our HR team to discuss your background, skills, and experience. Weโll also cover the job details and your availability.
๐ฅ First Interview (Remote)
A 20-minute Google Meet interview with Amanda to explore your career goals, motivations, and evaluate whether your experience aligns with the roleโs requirements.
๐ Skills Assessment (On-Site)
A 45 minute cold-calling simulation or test to evaluate your communication skills and ability to handle rejection.
๐ Final Interview (Remote)
A deeper discussion with Matt, our head of growth, to assess your overall fit within the team and how your values and vision align with Rundooโs culture and long-term goals.
