Procurify is the AI-enhanced procurement and AP automation platform for the mid-market. We make it easy for organizations to take control of spend and save money. We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Business Development Representative to join us on our journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for all top of funnel activities that create qualified opportunities for our sales team. You will work across a variety of lead types, including warm inbound prospects and cold outbound outreach. This is a high-impact role where you’ll join a team of high performers dedicated to building relationships, achieving quotas, and delivering exceptional results.

What you’ll be working on

  • Conduct market research to identify potential target customers, industries, and market trends.

  • Contact potential clients through cold-calling and cold-emailing to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and fit for our solutions.

  • Engage in networking, face-to-face meetings, and other activities to generate and close leads.

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to educate prospects about our offerings.

  • Stay up-to-date on trends and news from the industry, competitors, and target market.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets.

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales funnel.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
