Overview:
Job Title: Business Development / Sales Representative
OTE Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 / year (Depends on Experience: Commission, and then Base + Commission once quota is hit)
Schedule: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Location: Remote / Work From Home
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through various sources, such as online platforms, industry events, and referrals
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for business development and growth
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Track and report sales activities and results regularly
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities
Requirements
- Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required
- Knowledge of the BPO / Virtual Assistant market is a plus
