Role Overview:
They are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand presence in the blockchain and digital assets space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, partnerships, and market expansion, with a passion for cryptocurrency and Web3 technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the blockchain, DeFi, and digital assets ecosystem.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with institutional investors, fintech firms, exchanges, and blockchain projects.
Lead outreach efforts to onboard new clients and investors, leveraging industry networks and market insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, pitch decks, and business proposals.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in digital assets.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and DeFi.
Proven ability to close deals, negotiate partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
