Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CRM dashboards, update customer accounts, and follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals while handling customer concerns or objections professionally.
  • Travel to conferences and trade shows to represent the company.
  • Provide client training and support, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our offerings.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Conduct online webinars and public presentations to promote our brand

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
  • Experience in K12 or Special Education is a strong asset.
  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Confident public speaker with a proven ability to deliver online webinars.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week and travel occasionally as needed.
