Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CRM dashboards, update customer accounts, and follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals while handling customer concerns or objections professionally.
- Travel to conferences and trade shows to represent the company.
- Provide client training and support, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our offerings.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct online webinars and public presentations to promote our brand
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
- Experience in K12 or Special Education is a strong asset.
- High school diploma or higher education.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Confident public speaker with a proven ability to deliver online webinars.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week and travel occasionally as needed.
