About
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (advertising) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving effective ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

About the Team
The Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) on the Global Gaming team will be responsible for driving revenue by building relationships with key enterprise gaming accounts, providing product consultation, education, and support to help clients achieve their business goals on TikTok. This position is part of the Mobile Gaming Team , a sales team within TikTok's Global Gaming organization that focuses on activating and scaling advertising for Mobile Gaming gaming advertisers. You will partner closely with the Client Solutions Manager (CSM) and will be responsible for sustaining and growing revenue for Mobile Gaming advertisers on TikTok. You will possess exceptional consultative selling skills, a passion for revenue growth, the ability to set strategic vision and remove blockers, and a willingness to execute tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment. TikTok currently observes a hybrid working policy of 4 days in the office each week and 1 day working remotely. This position is full-time and based out of our San Francisco, CA office.
