How you can make a difference
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies, content and processes to support the sales process. As an individual contributor, this role will help bring the voice of the field back into the business and use those insights to create and execute sales initiatives that drive revenue. You will focus on onboarding, training, coaching, and continuous enablement to drive sales effectiveness. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand our value proposition, and integrate learnings into our sales trainings and materials. The ideal candidate has a passion for education and storytelling, experience creating engaging learning materials, and a strong understanding of sales methodologies. The Sales Enablement Manager will report to the AVP of Partner and Sales Enablement.
What you’ll be doing
Onboarding & Training:
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales team members.
- Coordinate educational content and provide ongoing training materials for sales representatives.
- Deliver coaching sessions that reinforce best practices for engaging B2B audiences.
Sales Enablement & Content Development:
- Develop, maintain, and organize sales enablement collateral, ensuring easy access for sales teams.
- Manage end-to-end proposal and demonstration materials, aligning key messaging and product descriptions.
- Provide product expertise and support Sales team members in preparing for client meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Experience teams to align strategies and messaging.
Sales Strategy & Performance Optimization:
- Partner with the Sales team to identify winning sales strategies and tactics.
- Support operational and analytical requests to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Execute strategic initiatives that drive pipeline growth and maximize sales performance.
- Track sales enablement effectiveness through process and productivity metrics.
- Provide insights on trends and areas of opportunity to improve sales effectiveness.
What you will need to be successful
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related degree, or equivalent related work experience, in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 5+ years of related experience in sales enablement, sales operations, content development, or related field, dealing in SaaS, FinTech, …
