The B2B Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for our business clients, including our largest client. You'll be the crucial link between our operations teams and clients, handling inquiries, managing escalations, and ensuring billing processes run smoothly. Your ability to maintain strong client relationships directly impacts client satisfaction and retention, which is essential to our continued growth.

The Impact you'll make

Client Relationship Management & Growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client, understanding client goals and aligning Magic’s services to meet their needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive expansion.
Onboarding, Engagement & Retention
  • Lead seamless onboarding for new B2B clients, ensuring they quickly realize value from Magic’s services.
  • Drive product adoption and educate clients on key features and best practices.
  • Proactively address client concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
  • Track and analyze client performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Generate reports on client success, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop custom reports based on client interactions and business goals.
Operational Execution & Process Improvement
  • Translate client needs into clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and tasks for the operational team.
  • Work with internal teams to improve workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize client outcomes.

Required Exeperience

  • Experience in B2B client relationship management
  • Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency with billing systems and client management tools
  • Experience developing and implementing SOPs
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
