About The Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced and dynamic AWS Marketplace Program Manager to drive and manage our strategic partnership with AWS Marketplace. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our presence and maximizing our growth within the AWS Marketplace ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, a deep understanding of AWS Marketplace operations, and a proven track record in managing strategic cloud marketplace partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and business plan to strengthen and expand CrowdStrike’s sell-through presence on the AWS Marketplace.
Design, implement, and manage programs that enhance the value proposition of CrowdStrike’s offerings on AWS Marketplace. Ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives related to the AWS Marketplace.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of CrowdStrike on the AWS Marketplace. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions to identify additional opportunities to increase pipeline and sell-through revenue.
Evangelize and drive enablement for AWS marketplace with CrowdStrike, AWS, and solution provider sales teams.
Troubleshoot any issues related to AWS Marketplace - billing, invoicing, credit requests, quote adjustments - and liaison with appropriate teams - sales, alliances, operations, deal desk, A/R, etc.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand CrowdStrike’s reach and influence within the AWS Marketplace. Develop and maintain relationships with key AWS Marketplace stakeholders.
Ensure all AWS Marketplace activities comply with relevant policies, regulations, and best practices. Maintain a high standard of governance and operational excellence.
Facilitate AWS Marketplace Private Offer Promotional activities to accelerate the closure of opportunities in collaboration with RSM/RAM community.
Lead MPOP nomination process and pipeline review with AWS MP PDM.
Represent CrowdStrike at industry events, AWS conferences, and joint customer meetings to promote the partnership and build AWS Marketplace awareness.
Ability to travel up to 20%. Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a program management or business development type role, preferably within a technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity company.
Strong knowledge of AWS Marketplace operations and best practices.
Deep understanding of the AWS Private Offer process (CPPO and MPPO); and the AWS Marketplace Management Portal (AMMP). Knowledge of tackle.io platform preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $85,000 - $145,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
