About the role
The Associate, Regulatory Affairs, is a major contributor and owner of mission critical workflows to manage the Independent Dispute Resolution process. In assigned jurisdictions, the Associate, Regulatory Affairs will intake disputes from providers, participate in negotiation with business unit support, and prepare arbitration briefing where needed, all while maintaining detailed documentation for tracking purposes. The Associate, Regulatory Affairs will work with Regulatory Counsel in regulator and entity relationships, cover important legislative and regulatory hearings and meetings as assigned, and supports the Regulatory Affairs function by serving as an enterprise wide resource on public policy and IDR trends. You will report to the Associate Director, Regulatory Operations.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $93,600 - $122,850 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $84,240 - 110,565 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscarās unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
