Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Sales Specialist (PSS) to cover a large territory more fully.
- Drive visibility in assigned territory to include but not limited to cold calling, customer canvasing, collaboration with all sales functions
- Drive orders funnel creation.
- Support the Product Sales Specialist (PSS) in assigned geography on sales activities and campaigns to drive order funnel.
- Accountable for owning accurate orders forecast in assigned geography.
- Develop customer relationships ensuring strong partnership and understanding of customer’s needs.
- Deliver the annual orders operating plan.
- Will broaden knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE HealthCare. Explains technical information to others.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in sales.
- Ability to travel up to 60% and live within the territory. The expectation would be 3 days in the field customer-facing and 2 days supporting the Product Sales Specialist (PSS).
