We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Associate II - Broking out of our New York office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Review risk analyses from junior Brokers and develop innovative solutions for client needs and complex risk situations.
- Advise clients on moderately complex risks and negotiate transactions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee the timely production of account/program documents and follow up on policy documentation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers/reinsurers, clients, and colleagues to provide complex solutions.
- Identify and pursue potential opportunities to win new clients and projects.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in risk management and brokerage, with a strong understanding of coverage lines and markets.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to effectively resolve client queries and concerns.
- Ability to independently handle assignments and support senior-level Brokers with larger clients.
- Strong analytical skills to review financial statements and understand industry-specific metrics.
