This Associate Customer Sales Manager (ACSM) position perfectly embodies that ambition, as you will own & be responsible for Amazon Condiments category selling execution of $25MM revenue with Amazon as a vital member of the Amazon & Last Mile Customer Business Team (CBT). The ACSM supports the identification and exploration of new and existing ecommerce and omnichannel business opportunities and executes findings with Customer Leads, ensuring that customer, consumer, and internal Kraft Heinz information is leveraged to improve performance and results. The ACSM is an information expert and highly skilled in the application of analytical tools.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Effectively partner with multiple cross-functional teams to understand the Customer’s Condiments business, the ecommerce marketplace, and affect positive business growth
• Work with Customer Leads to effectively manage ecommerce execution of all assigned category objectives
• Achieve New Item Authorization goals, Distribution goals, & Base Business Objectives: Revenue and Share Growth, Authorizations, Distribution, Optimal Availability
• Develops clear and concise presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain files and business documentation to thoroughly detail business transactions
• Tracks and supervises the budget for owned categories of the business
• Identifies information needs and reporting priorities consistent with the customer business team’s goals and objectives
• Collaborates across total customer business team to monitor and track forecasts and reporting tools to ensure ecommerce item availability
Expected Experience & Required Skills
• Provide prior experiences in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG or ecommerce company
• Understands the Amazon ecommerce model and/or supported omnichannel projects for brick-and-mortar retailers expanding their ecommerce presence
• Clear examples of exhibiting polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Tested proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and proprietary Sales systems such as Power BI, Profitero, IRI, Spark, etc.
• Clear examples of exhibiting strong analytical skills; comfortable using syndicated and/or ambiguous data to develop business recommendations and actions by analyzing category and brand performance
• Experience prioritizing and performing in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
• Willing to travel 10-20% out of the area as needed
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Remote based role that can be performed from a home office. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations
Physical Requirements

• Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed
• Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of work schedule
• Aligning work schedule to Pacific Standard Time

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
