About the Role:
Are you an organized mastermind with a passion for planning memorable meetings? As an Ancillary Meeting Manager, you'll be at the forefront of orchestrating impactful events alongside leading medical congresses for pharma clients. Join us in this exciting role where your expertise will ensure every detail is flawlessly executed, creating exceptional experiences for our clients and attendees!
You're Good At:
- Seamlessly managing logistics for ancillary meetings and events
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Overseeing budgets and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Leading planning calls for high-stakes congresses
- Communicating effectively and addressing client inquiries promptly
You Might Also Have:
- A college degree (preferred) along with 2+ years of experience in managing pharma meetings
- Proficiency in budget management and contract negotiation
- Familiarity with medical congresses and the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with virtual conferencing tools (Teams, Webex, Zoom)
- Awesome organizational and problem-solving skills

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Ancillary Meeting Manager is between $55,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
