Overview

As the Americas Head of Client Solutions & Partnerships, you will be instrumental in driving the success of Deutsche Bank’s Institutional Cash Management in the Americas. You will design and implement tailored client solutions, enhancing partnerships with both clients and competitors. By collaborating with regional and global teams, you will ensure that our solutions align with client needs and market trends, ultimately contributing to the growth of our market share. Your role will be critical in shaping the future of our correspondent banking business and enhancing the client experience across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Holistically assess client needs and design targeted solutions, leveraging the Banks product and service suite

  • Develop and execute strategies for growing market share in the Americas, including revenue target responsibilities

  • Build and deepen relationships with strategic partners through network management and industry insights

  • Engage in Corporate Bank / Investment Bank Revenue Optimization initiatives for priority clients

  • Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Strategy teams for harmonized client responses and pricing decisions

  • Deliver thought leadership and advisory, representing the Bank in industry forums and working groups

How You’ll Lead

  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Client Solutions & Partnerships to align regional strategies

  • Work closely with the regional Client Sales Team to ensure delivery of tailored client solutions

  • Engage with key Fixed Income clients and industry peers to gather insights and identify opportunities

Skills You’ll Need

  • Extensive experience in the financial services and payments industry, with a focus on financial institutions

  • Deep understanding of correspondent banking products, especially payments and liquidity

  • Proven track record in client interaction and strategic market participation

  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field

  • Excellent English language skills; additional Spanish/Portuguese language skills are advantageous

  • Critical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think tactically and strategically

  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Demonstrated work ethic and ability to deliver results through others

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $190,000 to $299,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
