What will you do? 

This Sales Representative will cover Tennessee, Mississippi, and Kentucky. While this position is fully remote, the ideal candidate will reside in the Nashville, TN metro to better service their client base.

A day in the life of a Sales Representative at Altra looks a little like this. 

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for the run and outdoor specialty
    channels in specified territory.
  • Responsible for maintaining current account relationships, securing seasonal and at-once
    orders and developing new accounts within strategic sales plan.
  • Adhere to all strategic distribution guidelines set forth by Altra sales management team.
  • Order procurement through traditional face to face and evolved virtual processes, utilizing
    latest technologies and assets provided by Altra and VF.
  • Manages wholesale product flow to maximize sales revenue, while adhering to strict
    distribution guidelines.
  • Achieve goals and strategies set forth in the strategic plan, including enhancing and building
    account relationships, seasonal Go to Market and growth strategies and development of
    the wholesale activation strategies.
  • Work alongside Field Service Representative in building annual education programs, local
    activation calendars & seasonal sales plans for each account.
  • Utilize consumer, market share and POS data insights to sustain and grow retail business
    while proactively addressing issues and opportunities.

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3+ years of experience in field sales, product, marketing, or retail.
